Bratwurst In Sauce
|Bratwurst sausages||3 Pound, uncooked|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 can)|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beer||12 Ounce (1 can)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Place bratwurst in saucepan and barely cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 10 minutes; drain well.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients in crock pot.
Add partially cooked bratwurst.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours.
