Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Roquefort cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Minced scallion 1 Tablespoon
  Cognac/Brandy 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; cream to blend.
Serve with beef or with raw vegetables as a dip.
