  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Tabasco To Taste
Directions

Combine ingredients and blend well.
Serve with shellfish.
