|Lingonberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain berries; wash and pick out leaves.
Place berries in saucepan.
Add water and bring to boiling.
Add sugar; stir to dissolve.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; place saucepan in cold water; stir sauce a minute or two.
Serve warm with pancakes, or chill for sauce.
Makes 3 cups.
