Broccoli With Lemon Sauce
|Frozen broccoli spears||20 Ounce (2 Packages Of 10 Ounce Each)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook broccoli as directed on package.
In fry pan, cook almonds in butter until golden brown.
Remove almonds and set aside.
Add cream cheese, milk, lemon peel and juice, ginger and salt.
Heat until smooth and creamy.
Pour over broccoli.
Garnish with almonds.
