Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried mint 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine vinegar, 1/2 cup water, and 2 tablespoons mint in a saucepan.
Simmer 5 minutes; strain.
Add remaining water and mint, lemon juice, sugar, and salt; bring to boiling over low heat.
