Quick Tomato Sauce

  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Coarsely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash (Few Grains)

Heat the butter in a skillet.
Add the vegetables and cook, stirring frequently, until celery and green pepper are tender.
Gradually add a mixture of soup, water, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly.
Mix in a blend of the remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes.
