Orange Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 125 Milliliter, softened (1/2 Cup)
  Sifted icing sugar 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Grated orange rind 50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Orange juice 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In bowl, beat butter with sugar until creamy; beat in orange rind and juice and lemon juice until fluffy.
Roll into log shape or pipe into rosettes.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut log into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick slices.
