Orange Hard Sauce
|Butter||125 Milliliter, softened (1/2 Cup)|
|Sifted icing sugar||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Grated orange rind||50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Orange juice||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
In bowl, beat butter with sugar until creamy; beat in orange rind and juice and lemon juice until fluffy.
Roll into log shape or pipe into rosettes.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut log into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick slices.
