Medium White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In top of double boiler melt butter or margarine, blend in flour and seasonings, and heat gently.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until sauce begins to thicken, then cook gently 15 minutes longer
