Dill Mushroom Sauce

  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon

Cook onion and mushrooms in hot butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat about 5 minutes.
Blend in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and dill weed.
Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly.Remove from heat and gradually add milk, continuing to stir.
Add lemon peel.
Bring rapidly to boiling and boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
