Baked Rice With Cheese Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Angostura aromatic bitters 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Grated american cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Buttered bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt margarine in a skillet over low heat.
Stir in flour, tomato juice, salt, white pepper, mustard and Angostura; cook over low heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Arrange a layer of rice in a greased 1 quart baking dish; spoon sauce over rice and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
Top with crumbs.
Bake in preheated 350° F oven 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
