Egg Sauce

Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 2
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind grated 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Egg yolk 1
  Onion juice 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
For cream sauce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Make a cream sauce by melting the butter and adding the flour and then the milk and cream slowly, cook until it thickens and season with salt and pepper and paprika.
Return to heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon rind, lemon juice, nutmeg and onion juice and hard boiled eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beaten egg yolks just before serving.
