Aioli Sauce Made In A Blender

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), split
Directions

Break the egg into the container of an electric blender.
Add the mustard, salt, lemon juice and one-quarter cup of the olive oil.
Cover the blender and turn the motor on low speed.
Immediately remove the cover and add the remaining oil in a steady stream.
When the mayonnaise is ready, add the garlic and blend ten seconds.
