admin's picture
  Pork chops 4
For sauce
Tomato ketchup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Clear honey/Golden syrup 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 1 Dash
Plain boiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Green salad 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Serving)

Wipe the chops and carefully trim off any excess fat, cutting to a neat shape.
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Brush all over the chops and grill (broil) or barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with the sauce until stickily coated, browned and cooked through.
(The time will depend on the thickness of the chops.)

NOTE: If liked, make more of the sauce to serve as an accompaniment to the chops or any grilled meats or poultry.

Serving suggestion: serve with Plain boiled rice and Green salad
