Pork With Tangy Tomato Sauce
|Tomato ketchup||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Clear honey/Golden syrup||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||1 Dash|
|Plain boiled rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)|
|Green salad||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Serving)|
Wipe the chops and carefully trim off any excess fat, cutting to a neat shape.
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
Brush all over the chops and grill (broil) or barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with the sauce until stickily coated, browned and cooked through.
(The time will depend on the thickness of the chops.)
NOTE: If liked, make more of the sauce to serve as an accompaniment to the chops or any grilled meats or poultry.
Serving suggestion: serve with Plain boiled rice and Green salad
