Peppermint Patty Sundae Sauce
|Chocolate covered peppermint patties||1⁄2 Pound, cut into quarters or small pieces|
|Half and half/Cream / undiluted evaporated milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Peppermint extract/Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine candy and half and half, cream or evaporated milk in ceramic fondue pot.
Heat over direct moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
Stir in flavoring.
Delicious used as a dessert fondue or as a sundae sauce on ice cream, cake or cream puffs.
