Chilli Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Grated ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shallots 4
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Plum sauce 150 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Chilli sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hoi sin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Heat garlic, ginger and shallots in oil for 1-2 minutes on HIGH.
2.
Add remaining ingredients (mix cornflour to a smooth paste with a little chicken stock to prevent lumps).
3.
Heat for 7-10 minutes on MEDIUM, or until sauce thickens.
4.
Serve over pork ribs.
