Pineapple Peach Sauce
|Crushed pineapple||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Peach slices||1 Can (10 oz), drained and finely chopped|
|Granulated sugar||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Orange liqueur||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
In heavy saucepan, combine pineapple, peaches, sugar and orange juice concentrate; bring to boil.
Boil, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Stir in liqueur (if using).
Pour into hot sterilized jar; seal with prepared lid and screw on band.
Store in cool, dark, dry place for up to 3 months.
Refrigerate once opened.
