Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange 1 Medium
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minute tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cointreau 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Grind cranberries and orange (skin and pulp) and set aside.
Combine sugar, tapioca, and water in a saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Add ground cranberries and orange and simmer3 minutes longer.
Cool 20 minutes.
Just before serving, add liqueur.
