Rich Cheese Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded pasteurized process american cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
Place butter in a 4 cup glass measuring cup.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk and water.
Stir in mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until liquid comes to a boil.
Stir twice during cooking.
Add cheese and stir until cheese completely melts.
If necessary, microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute.
