Crab In Red Sauce

Ingredients
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crabmeat 12 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Madeira wine 1 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked spaghetti 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

Place celery, onion and butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Drain.
Drain tomatoes.
Combine liquid from tomatoes with flour.
Stir until smooth.
Add tomato liquid, tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar and spices to celery mixture.
Cover and Microwave 8 to 10 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Toss together crabmeat and wine.
Stir into hot tomato sauce.
Microwave, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes [SIMMER-4, 8 to 10 minutes].
