Fish Fillets With Spicy Sauce

Fish fillets with a spicy sauce is prepared with sole or flounder fillets. Cooked in a broiler pan with a sauce of horseradish, mustard and lemon juice along with cheese and yogurt poured over it, the fish is broiled until tender and can be served with a side of choice.
Ingredients
  Sole fillets/Flounder fillets 2 Pound
  Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Arrange fish in single layer in broiler pan.
Combine horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese and yogurt in small bowl.
Add butter; stir until smooth.
Spread sauce over fillets.
Broil 4 minutes or until fish is tender and sauce is bubbly.
