Penticton Peach Pear Chili Sauce is a wonderfully tasty sauce that often adds a "zing" to any dish it is added to! Try this Penticton Peach Pear Chili Sauce recipe, I am sure you will love it too!.
  Tomatoes 15 Medium
  Onions 3 Large
  Peaches 4 (Peeled)
  Pears 4
  Hot red pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mixed spices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Coarsely chop tomatoes, onions, peaches, and pears.
Put into a large pot.
Add red pepper, vinegar, brown sugar, and spices.
Bring to boiling, reduce heat, and simmer gently 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove spice bag.
Ladle into sterilized jars, seal, and store in a cool place.
