Plum Sauce With Pimiento

This Plum Sauce is an addiction ! I use it with most of my sweet sandwich dishes ! Just try out this yummy taste enhancer and let me know if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Plum Sauce are welcome !
Ingredients
  Plums 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Remove the skins and stones from the plums and apricots.
Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Pour into airtight jars while liquid is still hot and keep in a cool, dark place for 1 month.
To serve, add a little water and sugar to taste.
