Classic Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomato paste 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peeled and diced fresh tomatoes/1 cup diced canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
Makes about 3-1/2 cups sauce.
