Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 30
  Ripe peaches 6
  Onions 6
  Apples 6
  Green peppers 8
  White sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Quart
  Mixed spices 3 1⁄4 Ounce
Directions

Peel and cut up tomatoes, peaches, onions and apples.
Use apples that make a good sauce.
Remove seeds from peppers cut in small pieces.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices.
Cook slowly uncovered about 2 1/2 hours.
Bottle hot, seal.
