Garlic And Soy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Malt vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  White wine/Cider / stock 5 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil and add the onion and garlic.
Cook for a few minutes this could be done on the cooker indoors.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to mix.
Cover the pan and keep hot on the edge of the barbecue.
Use it to brush over meat, poultry and fish as these cook.
Any left can be spooned over the food.
