Crab Marinated In Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, finely snipped
  Crab meat 2 Cup (32 tbs), picked over well (Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

Mix the mustard with the wine, add the garlic and allow to stand at room temperature ten minutes.
Add the oil very slowly to the mustard mixture while beating vigorously by hand or electric mixer.
Beat in the salt, pepper and lemon juice and then the dill.
Add the crabmeat and marinate in the refrigerator one hour.
