Amber Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon slices 4
  Sauterne 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Dark Ones)
Directions

Combine brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Stir in the apple juice.
Stirring constantly, bring mixture to boiling and cook 1 minute.
Reduce heat, stir in sauterne and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in butter and raisins; heat a few minutes longer.
