Steamed Pork With Shrimp Sauce
|Pork||1 Pound, sliced|
|Shrimp sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ginger slice||1 , shredded|
|Scallion||1 , cut into 1 inch sections|
Place the pork in a deep ovenproof bowl and mix the shrimp sauce thoroughly with it.
Add the ginger and the scallion.
Place a rack in a large saucepan filled up to 2 inches of boiling water and place the bowl on it.
Cover the pan and steam for 30 minutes, or until pork is well done.
Serve in the bowl.
