Marshmallow Fudge Sauce
|Undiluted evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate bits||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat milk in metal fondue pot over direct moderate heat until bubbles form in milk around edge of pot.
Stir in chocolate bits, marshmallows, and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate and marshmallows melt.
Heat to desired serving temperature, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
