Squash With Yogurt-Dill Sauce
The squash with yogurt dill sauce is a cooked preparation of summer squash with zucchinis and dill. Flavored with lemon juice and garlic powder, the squash with yogurt is cooked in a yogurt base and can be served as a side.
|Zucchini||1 Pound, sliced 1/2-inch thick|
|Yellow summer squash||1 Pound, sliced 1/2-inch thick|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped dill/2 teaspoons dried dill weed||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dill||1 (For Garnish)|
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add zucchini, sum-mer squash and onion; toss gently to mix.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 to 8 minutes or until squash is tender.
Combine remaining ingredi-ents; add to mixture.
Garnish with dill.
