Squash With Yogurt-Dill Sauce

The squash with yogurt dill sauce is a cooked preparation of summer squash with zucchinis and dill. Flavored with lemon juice and garlic powder, the squash with yogurt is cooked in a yogurt base and can be served as a side.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Zucchini 1 Pound, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  Yellow summer squash 1 Pound, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped dill/2 teaspoons dried dill weed 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill 1 (For Garnish)
  Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in large skillet.
Add zucchini, sum-mer squash and onion; toss gently to mix.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 to 8 minutes or until squash is tender.
Combine remaining ingredi-ents; add to mixture.
Heat thorqughly.
Garnish with dill.
