Celery Apple And Raisins Sauce Remoulade
|Celery||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Anchovy paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Pickles||3 Tablespoon, mixed|
In work bowl, with the slicing disc, slice the celery stalks and the apple cut in squares.
Place in a salad bowl and add the raisins.
In the work bowl, using the steel blade, add all the sauce ingredients and process for a few seconds until the pickles are chopped, but not too fine.
Pour the Remoulade Sauce over the salad, toss and serve.
