Carrots With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mashed carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), hot
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour.
Add milk gradually cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add salt, pepper, and cheese; pour over carrots
