Hot Caramel Sundae Sauce
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, 3 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup cream.
Bring to boil; gradually add remaining cream and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage (230Â° F).
Remove from heat; add salt and vanilla.
