Fried Chicken Livers Is Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 Pound, halved
  Finely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Coconut milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Brown chicken livers, onion, and garlic in oil in skillet for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 5 minutes longer, or until heated through
