Shrimp In Tomato And Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shrimp 2 Pound, cooked, shelled
Directions

Combine oil, ginger, and garlic in saucepan.
Simmer for 3 minutes; stir in catsup; add shrimp.
Heat to serving temperature
