|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shrimp||2 Pound, cooked, shelled|
Combine oil, ginger, and garlic in saucepan.
Simmer for 3 minutes; stir in catsup; add shrimp.
Heat to serving temperature
