Wine Sauce For Game Or Tongue

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Currant jelly 125 Milliliter (0.5 Glass)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole cloves 3
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Port wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except wine in a saucepan; simmer about 5 minutes.
Strain and mix in wine and 3 tablespoons brown gravy, if desired.
Use in steak meats or as desired.
