|Plums||17 Ounce, drained, syrup reserved|
|Dark corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rosemary brew||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pit plums and puree pulp in an electric blender.
Mix puree with corn syrup, Rosemary Brew, and butter in a saucepan.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
