Easy Pizza Sauce

  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Bell pepper 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, finely chopped
  Canned crushed tomatoes 14 Ounce (Diced Tomatoes)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Could Be Increased To Suit Taste)
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste

Add olive oil to a pot over medium heat.

Allow oil to warm slightly and add bell pepper and onions.

Stir occasionally until bell pepper is tender and onions begin to turn translucent.

Stir in the garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper.

Add the canned tomatoes, including juice.

Stir together and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 min, stirring occasionally.

* This recipe would make enough Pizza sauce for 1 Large OR 3 Small Pizza
