Old-Fashioned All-Purpose Barbecue Sauce
|Canned tomato juice||46 Ounce|
|Prepared mustard||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||10 Ounce (About 1/3 Bottle)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||2 Tablespoon (Use More If Required)|
Combine the tomato juice, mustard and vinegar in a large kettle and whisk to blend; or combine in a covered container and shake vigorously to blend, then pour into a large kettle.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic salt, pepper, cinnamon, paprika and salt; stir well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Chill in a covered container until ready to use.
Use only as much as needed.
