Tasty Meatballs In Fruit Sauce
|Ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Apple juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Grape jelly||2 Tablespoon|
|Peach preserves||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, salt and other seasonings in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch meatballs.
Brown in hot oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Combine the apple juice, orange juice, Italian dressing, ketchup, grape jelly, peach preserves, honey and cornstarch in a large saucepan over low heat.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in the meatballs.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
