Rum Dipping Sauce
|Pineapple juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coconut milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the pineapple juice, rum, coconut milk and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
