My Style Frankfurt Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 100 Gram
  Yoghurt 100 Gram
  Mixed herbs 2 Tablespoon (8 Different Kinds Mixed Together)
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon (Maggie)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 , chopped finely
  Cooked eggs 2 , cut into small pieces
Directions

8 middle size potatoes and 2 eggs
peel off the potatoes skin and cut it to pieces, wash the egg , put them in a cooking pot add water up to top of the potatoes, add 1 tea spoon salt, let it boil around 23 minutes check if it is done or not, if it is done, take the eggs out also pour cooking water out of the pot.

green sauce: put ingredients in a big bowl mix all together
put some salt , pepper and lemon juice on salmon. hot pen put some oil salmon and fry both sides
suggestion: you can combine any kinds of fish, sausage, meat, ham, any style of egg or only potato and green sauce.
8 different kinds of herbs: parsley, dill, cresses, chervil, chive, sorrel, borage, burnet
