Boned Quail In Sweet Sauce

This is very fast to cook and is very tasty. Made in sweet marinade and shallow fried. You can serve it for a complete meal. Try this recipe.
Ingredients
  Quail 800 Gram, deboned
  Icing sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato pasta sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Pine nut 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak quails on icing sugar, sherry, lemon juice, salt for a couple of hours.

MAKING
2. Coat them in flour and pan fry.
3. Brown them from both sides.
4. Combine tomato paste, sherry, honey, pine nuts.

SERVING
5. Plate the quails and pour the sweet sauce over it.
6. Serve hot.
