Easy Crawfish Cakes With Mustard Sauce

Crawfish are also known as crawdads, crayfish or crawfish. Now matter what you call them, they'll taste great in these delicious crawfish cakes with mustard sauce! Watch the tempting seafood video below and try it yourself!
Ingredients
  Crawfish tails 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped fine
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, chopped fine
  Red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped fine
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Creole seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

For mustard sauce, mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and smooth. For crawfish cakes, saute celery, onion, red pepper, and garlic til tender, about 3 minutes. Mix in tail meat, creole spice, and egg until well combined.
Add bread crumbs and mix together til doughy. Make 4 crawfish patties and fry until golden brown on both sides in olive oil. Serve with mustard sauce. Enjoy!
