Walnut Crepes With Choco Sauce
|Plain flour||100 Gram|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliters)|
|Butter||25 Gram, softened|
|Walnuts||50 Gram, chopped|
|Icing sugar||25 Gram|
|Cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Cornflour||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Dark chocolate||80 Gram|
Sift the flour well.
Make a well in the centre and gradually stir in lightly beaten eggs, oil and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pre heat the oven on "convection" at 250Â°C, with the lightly greased metal tray, placed on the high rack.
Pour some batter onto the hot tray, spread evenly, brush with oil and cook at 250Â°C forl0:00-12:00 minutes.
Turn the crepe over halfway through cooking time, brush with a little oil and cook again.
To make the filling Mix the softened butter, chopped walnuts and icing sugar.
Stuff the crepes with the stuffing and fold into triangles.
