Walnut Crepes With Choco Sauce

Walnut crepes with chocolate sauce is an americanised recipe of the classic french crepes. Baked with a batter of flour, mik and eggs these walnut crepes are made with a filling of chopped walnuts with butter and icing sugar and served with a warm chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
  Plain flour 100 Gram
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliters)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 25 Gram, softened
  Walnuts 50 Gram, chopped
  Icing sugar 25 Gram
  Cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Cream 50 Gram
  Dark chocolate 80 Gram
Directions

Sift the flour well.
Make a well in the centre and gradually stir in lightly beaten eggs, oil and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pre heat the oven on "convection" at 250°C, with the lightly greased metal tray, placed on the high rack.
Pour some batter onto the hot tray, spread evenly, brush with oil and cook at 250°C forl0:00-12:00 minutes.
Turn the crepe over halfway through cooking time, brush with a little oil and cook again.
To make the filling Mix the softened butter, chopped walnuts and icing sugar.
Stuff the crepes with the stuffing and fold into triangles.
