Tomato Sauce With Meat

  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned italian tomatoes 28 Ounce, drained
  Canned tomato paste 18 Ounce (Three 6 Ounce Cans)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon

Add the onion and garlic to hot oil in a large, deep skillet and cook until onion is soft.
Add the ground meat, separate it into small pieces, and cook until lightly browned.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and a mixture of salt, pepper, and oregano.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
