Butter And Garlic Sauce
|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and thinly sliced|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in garlic and cook slowly until slightly browned.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Slowly add water and parsley.
Cook about 10 minutes and serve over cooked spaghetti.
