Medium White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Light Cream For A Richer Sauce)
Directions

Heat butter in a saucepan.
Blend in flour, salt, and pepper; heat and stir until bubbly.
Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth.
Bring to boiling; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes longer.
