Mushroom Sauce (Sos Grzybowy)

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chicken broth/Meat broth / bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Simmer mushrooms with onion in bouillon 15 minutes.
Blend flour into butter.
Stir into mushrooms.
Bring to boiling, stirring.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
